Note: ONLY WATER will be provided at the water oasis. Absolutely NO support crews are allowed. Support crews are allowed ONLY at designated checkpoints of Eureka and Madison. Home Sundry convenience store will be open in Hamilton to purchase snacks in needed.

We’re having a lot of fun out on-course this year! Check out all of the EPIC on-course activations below!

Water, Bandana’s, and Shade…Oh My!

  • Location: Water Oasis Mile 41.3 – Both 100 and 200 Course
  • Who’s bringing the party: The Life Time Foundation, with the help of the Manhattan NICA Team, will be offering water, ice cold bandanas and shade.

Pump Up The Judge Hill!

  • Location: Mile 51 on the 100 course and mile 151 on the 200 course.
  • Who’s bringing the party: The Garmin team will be cheering on riders with some music to keep you riding strong all the way up the hill and though the race!

Alexa: Play ‘Count On Me’

  • Location: Eureka and Madison checkpoint
  • Who’s bringing the party: Shimano will be providing neutral mechanical to make your race day a success!

Two-Tired To Carry On!

  • Location: Madison checkpoint
  • Who’s bringing the party: Maxxis will be providing tire support so you can keep grinding some chunky Flint Hills gravel!

Hole In One!

  • Location: Willow Creek, mile 125
  • Who’s bringing the party: Did you know? Emporia is known for disc golf! Kuat and Dynamic Disc have created a hole in one challenge for the 200 milers. Take your best shot to win a brand new Kuat Rack!

A Taste of Sweden!

  • Location: Rocky Ford Bridge, mile 92 on the 100 course and mile 192 on the 200 course
  • Who’s bringing the party: Craft Sportswear is bringing a bit of Sweden to Emporia, Kansas. Relax and embrace the rest of your ride the Swedish way!

LOOK out for some free pedals!

  • Location: Highland Hill- last mile of the race
  • Who’s bringing the party: Charge the last challenge, Highland Hill, and you can win a free pair of LOOK X-track pedals.   LOOK will be cheering on the riders on Highland Hill and awarding pedals to the fastest riders in the race categories, and a few pair to riders who show passion for the ride.
