Garmin Cycling Coach adaptive training plans are compatible with Edge 540, 840, 1040, and 1050 bike computers and select Garmin smartwatches; If you do not have a compatible Garmin device to get an adaptive training plan, you can still take advantage of other Garmin Coach cycling training plans in Garmin Connect.

Edge 540/840
- Solar: Up to 32 hours in intense use and up to 60 hours in battery saver mode*
- Non-Solar: Up to 26 hours in intense use and up to 42 hours in battery saver mode
Edge 1040
- Solar: Up to 45 hours in intense use and up to 100 hours in battery saver mode*
- Non-Solar: Up to 35 hours in intense use and up to 70 hours in battery saver mode
