Register for the XL, 200, 100, 50, or 25 from November 1 at 12:00pm CT until November 15 at 11:59pm CT. Registration is free, however, credit card information is collected and will only be charged if you are accepted. ONE entry per person.

Winners will be announced November 21, subject to event eligibility requirements. Selected and non-selected participants will be notified by email, per provided contact information. Selected participants will be charged the registration fee, processing fee, state sales tax, and any additional fees for add-on items chosen by the participant.

Life Time UNBOUND Gravel Training Camp presented by Shimano is a world-premier training hosted in Emporia, KS each spring, tailored for gravel enthusiasts. This 4-day intensive prepares your mind, body, and bike for the rigors of UNBOUND Gravel and other epic endurance endeavors. You will attend educational seminars, test your equipment on Flint Hills gravel, and train with ample riding. You will also enjoy great locally-sourced meals throughout the weekend and exclusive perks and goodies from our sponsors.

The Camp + Entry package includes guaranteed entry into either the XL, 200 or 100-mile distance of your choice and distance-specific training at camp.

• 50% Performance-Based: Half of the coins go to top riders in each category.
  • If 1st place declines, it will roll down to 2nd, then 3rd. If 3rd place declines, it will be added to the random drawing.
• 50% Random Drawing: Half of the coins will be up for grabs in a random drawing. Everyone’s got a shot!
  • Participants must be present at the awards ceremony with their qualifer tab (located on bike plate) in hand. The drawing will take place AFTER the awards ceremony and an announcement will be made when to bring your qualifier tab forward. Please do NOT bring your qualifier tab forward before the awards ceremony has concluded and before the announcement has been made.
• Distances: Winners will be able to register for either the UNBOUND Gravel 200 or 100 Mile distances.

• Crusher in the Tushar | July 11, 2026 | 69mi and 37mi. Coins will be split evenly across the two distances.
• Heathland Gravel | Date TBD | 160km
• The Rad Dirt Fest | Sept 26, 2026 | 70mi and 110mi. Coins will be split evenly across the two distances.
• Big Sugar Gravel | Oct 17, 2026 | 100mi

Friends and family can even donate their volunteer hours to help you reach the 10 hour minimum when they email us their name, your name, task worked, and total hours worked.

How It Works: Choose one of our charity partners to support, choose to pay or fundraise, then receive guaranteed entry! The cost includes your guaranteed entry plus your registration and service fees. Charity spots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To redeem your entry, contact the charity and make payment. Then, use your designated code provided by the charity to complete your registration.

With limited race entries and more demand than ever to take part in this iconic event, we’re proud to offer a select number of coaching packages that include a guaranteed entry.

With the UNBOUND Gravel Premium Coaching and Race Entry Package, you’ll not only receive a guaranteed entry for the distance of your choice, but you’ll also work with our official coaching partner, Boundless Coaching with coaches that offer a wealth of knowledge and experience in gravel racing and endurance cycling to help you prepare for success in Emporia.

Life Time members who have held a Club-Access membership for at least 6 months prior to the lottery are eligible for early-access registration or guaranteed entry into the UNBOUND Gravel XL, 200, and 100 events.

• Only one entry per person. Individuals found to have multiple applications will have ALL applications voided and removed from consideration.
• Consideration will be given to multi-time UNBOUND Gravel 200 finishers nearing 1,000 Mile Club status.
• The entire selection and registration process shall be at the sole discretion of the event organizers, whose decisions and interpretations shall be final and binding.  
• Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the selection process at any time and for any reason.  
• Event organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual suspected or believed to be tampering with the entry selection process, to be acting in violation of these rules or acting in such a way as to be detrimental to the integrity of this event.  
• Event organizers shall not be responsible for incomplete entries, declined credit cards, nor entries received after the application deadline.
