All Things Gravel Expo Details

Taking place in welcoming downtown Emporia, expo exhibitors secure expo sales, product trials and brand exposure alongside shake-out rides, media events, films, and more. Event rider sign-in and packet pickup also takes place during expo hours.

Late April – Deadline to Register

Wed June 1 – Exhibitor Load-In* (12p-6p)

Thurs June 2 – Exhibitor Load-In* (6a-2p)

*Note that load-in will be scheduled based on preferred times and vehicle needs.

Thurs June 2 – Expo Open (2p-7p)

Friday June 3 – Expo Open (10a-5p)

Friday June 3 – Exhibitor Load-Out (5p-10p)

Sat June 4 – Race Day

Exhibitor Services & Rentals

Equipment Rentals

Basic expo equipment rentals are available to exhibitors. Orders will be placed prior to the event. Rental options include: 10×10 pop-up tents, tent weights, 6′ tables and folding chairs.

Electricity

Exhibit spaces do not come with electricity. You may purchase power (15 amp) prior to the event. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords. We recommend bringing NO LESS than 100 feet for extension cords.

Internet Connectivity

Exhibit spaces do not come with WiFi. You may purchase internet services prior to the event. Please note that WiFi access will be limited to certain areas of the expo so you’ll want to add prior to the finalization of booth assignments.

Security

Security will be provided at all times (Wednesday evening-Friday evening), but exhibitors are responsible for their own materials. Life Time, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property. Note that the venue is NOT a fenced-in, “secure” area. Please ensure your booth is staffed at all times during open expo hours and valuables are not left overnight.
