Deferral Policy

Deferral registration opens November 1-15

Deferral Policy:

Defer your entry to receive a guaranteed spot in the following year’s race. Entry fees will not be refunded nor transferable. A new registration must be completed during the deferral registration period for the following year’s race; entry fees apply.

Deferral entry fee:

  • UNBOUND Gravel: 100% repay of following year’s race entry fee
  • Training Camp: 50% repay of following year’s camp entry fee

Deferral deadline:

  • UNBOUND Gravel: 5/28/2026 at 1:00 PM CT (start of expo)
  • Training Camp: 4/8/2026 at 11:59 PM CT (day before camp)

Please note:

  • Deferrals are only valid for the following year in the same event, space permitting.
  • Active duty and military personnel deployed or recalled may be refunded or deferred at no cost with proof of orders.
  • Pregnant and Postpartum mothers may be refunded or deferred at no cost with an authorized medical note.
  • No refunds or changes permitted on transactions over 365 days.
  • No refunds on add-on items, merchandise or donations; all purchases are final.
  • Deferral deadlines apply, see above.

Life Time reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to deny entry, to revoke the entry application of any applicant at any time, and/or to disqualify any individual from the Event. Those who violate our registration/racing policy may be disqualified and potentially banned from participating in this and/or any other Life Time Event.

Event Cancellation Policy:

(If event is canceled due to a series of reasons including pandemic, natural disaster, etc.)

Option 1: Deferral

  • Complimentary, guaranteed entry into the following year’s event.
    • Must register deferral through the following year’s registration window.
      • If registration fills or closes before an athlete uses their deferral- they will have to enter the event waiting list.

Option 2: Refund

  • 90+ days out – 70% refund
  • 60-89 days out – 50% refund
  • 30-59 days out – 40% refund
